- Please ignore the fowl up here, I jabbed the mascara wand directly into my eye, it hurt so much and my eye watered and hurt for awhile after that and I fudged up my makeup of course. Insult to injury there.

It's from Luxe Chimere, http://www.luxechimere.com/ it was a limited Halloween necklace, but they have other lovely pendants. It's probably my favorite favorite necklace I wear it A LOT.
Oh as for the What, it's a necklace pendant made with nail polish <3
