Promise To Update Soon.

I have hauls to post.
Some mani's to post.
Maybe even an eye look to post.

I'm just busy, and having lighting issues taking some photos, blah.

I'm really excited I got Butter London polishes yesterday at Ulta.  Love.  Although I haven't got to try them yet.  I haven't got to do my nails in three days which in my world is like ions since I'd been doing them everyday for a long time there.  But hey, bright side, at least they haven't chipped...yet.

Also...

I don't know if you know who Nail Polish Art Addiction is, but if you don't you should, she does amazing work.   She takes suggestions as to what she should do for nail art and I suggested Calvin And Hobbes (among a few other things), because come on who doesn't love Calvin and Hobbes.  And today I was looking through the blogs I follow and there it is!  She did it.

You can see it here.

Shooting Star...

  - This is L.A. Colors eyeshadow palette Shotting Star.  I also used Elf Eyeshadow Primer and Covergirl Lashblast mascara.

12 and OPI.

- This is for nostagia's sake.

In this photo I'm like 12.  Please forgive my hair, my mom got me a perm.

I'm posting it since I'm apparently picking out an OPI nail polish, although in a color I don't think I would have gone for then.

I can also remember in grade school I had a big freezer bag ziplock full of polishes (Probably my mom's cast offs) and I'd take them to school with me and we'd have nail polish parties during lunch, who needs recess when you have polish?

200th Post!

- In the first picture are two Essence, the mint color is called "You Belong To Me", the lilac is "Dress For A Moment".
The Ulta's are "Envy", "Tink-Her-Bell", "Vintage Violet" and "Lav-ish".
Then we have a Sinful crackle and a Wet N Wild "Party Of Five Glitters".
Then we have a LaRosa crackle in Maroon Red, that I got for FREE by doing Swagbucks and getting a gift card.  If you're not a member click the URL and sign up, you earn points online and can trade them in for gift cards, I recently started but I already have gotten 30 dollars in Amazon gift cards, wouldn't it be awesome to knock a few things off your wishlist?

Okay then we have a Julep box, I got these with vouchers I had, we have:
Boris And Nicole
Maggie
Amy
Taylor
Anne
Miranda

More Pics Of Those Nails...

- Sorry if the photo is still sidesways (It should right itself later).  Again this is Ulta's "Lav-ish" and "Tink-Her-Bell" for the sponged tip.  I also used Ulta's High Shine Top Coat which I swear by.

Tried to get these photos in the sun but it was a bit overcast but I think they turned out nicely anyway.

Southern Belle...

 - This is just a look I did with Elf eye shadow primer and that LA Colors Eye Shadow palette in Southern Belle, which I've never tried LA Colors eye shadow before (or wait maybe I did once), but I did really like it.  It was more pigmented than I thought it was going to be, and the color I used as my brow bone highlighting color turned out to be brighter and darker/more pigmented than I thought it was going to be, so at first I was like Oh no, clown eyes! but I did my best to blend it out so it wasn't so OMG.  I probably might have changed it if I didn't have to run out the door to go see a movie with a friend ("Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark" - good movie.).  So I guess note to self, don't try new eye shadow colors when you have to leave.   I liked it anyway, I admit it.   No matter what I do, I always seem to end up with clubbing make up.  Haha, sometimes I worry it comes off like "Yes, I'm seeing you now, but I have somewhere much better to be later."

I'm Proud Of These...

- I'm proud of these.  This is my first sponging mani.  My main color is Ulta's "Lav-ish" the sponged on color is "Tink-Her-Bell".   I love it.  I can't wait to see it in the sun tomorrow, I might try and take more pictures.  These were really hard to photograph, I had to borrow Andrew's camera and then also have him take some shots for me.  But in the sun oh I bet they'll sparkle so amazingly.

Current Untrieds...

- Sorry this photo is a bit blurry, but if I took this with the flash all the bottles kind of blended together due to the black lids.  But these are my current untried polishes.

I obviously need more hands.

I Obviously Need To Go On A No Buy...

 - The first photo has three LA Colors Eye Shadows from the Dollar Store.
The second photo has "Vamp Red" I believe it is for the Fantasy Makers nail polish.  A clearanced set of Dove deorderant.  Revlon's "Facets Of Fushia".  And Confetti's "Blue Bombshell".
The third photo has three of the Wet N Wild sets, "SaGreena The Teenage Witch", "FuchsiaRama", and "Ebony Hates Chris".  These for all a dollar, so that translates into 50 cents for the polish and 50 cents for the top coat, awesome.
The last photo has Revlon's "Fire Fox" (I got it for 44 cents, I already have it so it's for a friend.), The WNW set Silvivor.  The Ghoulish Glow was a gift.  And last is Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in "Deep Blue Sea" that was clearanced at Target for 1.77, and it's limited edition, awesome.

I have more posts for the haul than this, so consider this part one.
I am going to try and do a no buy for awhile, with the exception of maybe some limited holiday polishes if I find them (i.e. WNW On The Prowl), and the buy one get one on Butter polishes at Ulta on the 20th, there's no way I'm passing that one up.

Take A Peek...
