I have been looking to expand my collection of more high end makeup. There's a lot of great brands out there and after doing a little searching around, I decided tarte cosmetics seemed like a good candidate, after perusing their site a bit. Here are a few things that have caught my eye the most:
Lights, Camera Splashes (best waterproof mascara site says).
I have been on the hunt for a good "Holy Grail" waterproof mascara, and this one seems to be raved about (5 stars on the site, 144 reviews). I've only tried a hand full of high end mascaras, and they have to be pretty amazing, and this one sounds really awesome.
LipSurgence matte lip tint
I am all for any good matte lip color, the shade Envy is calling my name loud and clear. This product is also another very highly rated one on the site, also 5 stars, 433 reviews. I do wish they had a few good red shades however, I'm a sucker for all red lip colors.
tartiest clay paint eyeliner
This item I feel might be a newer product, only has 3 reviews so far (though still 5 stars). I haven't seen a product quite like this before, the liner itself seems to be in a squeeze tube and then it comes with a brush to apply to the product with. This might have my curiosity the most.
Amazonian clay waterproof brow mousse
Another 5 star reviewed product (231 reviews). I am always on the search for a best brow product. I have almost always used a pencil, and I'd like to branch out into a gel or a cream. It's lovely that this comes with a double ended brush to help apply it with. The color I think I'd go with is the Rich Brown, I would just hope it doesn't lean too red, that can be a problem for me, but it looks good on the site.
I must also say about tarte cosmetics is they have the most adorable packaging, and they put together the cutest sets. I've eyed them numerous times, it's hard not to, I'm a sucker for good packaging. I'd rather pull out something good looking for a touch up out of my purse than something boring.
