This look was loosely inspired by one of Chi Chi looks in "To Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar".  Though my lip is too dark of a red.  And the green/yelllowy shadow is a bit more pigmented on me, more transparent/subtle on her.  I did kind of try and put on the little mole though.

The title of the post is a line from the movie as well.

My Euphoria Is In A State Of Conundrum...

I preferred the liner on my left eye but I just utterly fail at shooting my left eye.  Idk why, beyond maybe because I'm right handed?  Or I've just had so much practice on the other one?   

 This is my first of the Ulta's Lip Butter lipsticks, I'm not overwhelmed.

I should probably note I won these shadows in one of their Facebook giveaways, yay for that since I'd been wanting to try them.

This shot I was just trying to get a good shot of the necklace, its two snakes, an ebay find for a dollar I think it was.

I got a Essence eyeliner brush because I don't know where mine went and I'd been wanted to try the Essence one.

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear polish in The Real Teal.   (Clearanced 75% off (I don't think there was suppose to be clearanced but it had a sticker so they gave me the clearanced price.)).

More Sally's And Ulta.

So no one stopped me from going back to Ulta and Sally's.  And I went to Target.  I didn't take pictures of the Target stuff, but I got a ton of little extras for upcoming packages.   And not everything above is for me, some are for swaps and such.

And I had a 15% off coupon to Sally's and I totally forgot to use it!  I was so mad at myself, but in reality it would have only saved me 1.80 but I'm like well that would have covered the lotions and the hair conditioner, oy.  I need to let it go lol

I forgot to take the eyeshadow I got at Sally's out of my purse and put it in the picture too, oops.

I'm really excited to try that lip gloss, it's kind of Beetle (think the polish) esque in the tube, but who knows how it'll translate on top my lips.

Sally's and Ulta Haul Post.

- This is my Sally's and Ulta haul.  I used one of the Sally's coupon's, and my total was maybe 30 dollars if that.  There was more I wanted (and want) but I ran out of money, story of my life lol

I wish there'd been more of the scented Color Club's left, although there was really only one more I wanted.   I also wanted the Finger Paints set, but I may go back and see if they still have any when I have money, I can hope right?

I think I might be most proud of the Orly set with gloves, they probably aren't my favorite polishes there but I think I'm most proud of it cause it was such a good deal and I got the last one.   I paid 4 dollars for it, and I mean how much are Orly's?  Depends where you go I know but let's say they're 7 dollars, so the polish alone are 21 dollars and then maybe 9 dollars for the gloves (let's just say), so they'd be an estimated value of 30 dollars, for 4 dollars, awesome!

Also Idk if you can see them that well, you may have to click to enlarge but in the photo on the bottom left there is a tweezers and file that match, they were each like 39 cents at Sally's, so cute.

I'm wearing the matte velvet Zoya, Phoebe.  Although I'm not sure I'm loving it.  I may liven it up and put the blue glittery Finger Paints above on top tonight.

And can I also just say I've been reading a lot about mean Sally's girl's, as in mean associates working there.  I love my Sally's, the owner knows me on sight now and is always so nice to me, she got me some of the Finger Paints flakies early out of the back and she's held things for me.  If you're Sally's girls are mean girls and you're ever in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, go to the Sally's in the Midway of St. Paul (on University), and if you see Tracy tell her Hi, and that Andrea (the girl with over 800 polishes) sent you.   And don't worry, she's nice.

- This is Ulta Profession Denim Glitz which I got in a set from Amy, I am head over heels for this blue it's so gorgeous! And the accent nail is OPI Movin' Out which I got at a consignment esque shop for 2 dollars the other day. It'd probably look better layered.

- Sorry these are camera phone shots, just wanted to get them up fast since I'm behind in doing it.

- And this is what happens when you move the camera and take a picture, you apparently break your fingers in the process....

30 Day Untried Challenge - Day 3 - Ulta Halloween Mini's.

- This is Ulta's Orange You Afraid? and Hocus Pocus.

- I actually wore these on Halloween day. The crackle is Sally Hansen Ink Splatter and Nabi crackle in Silver Crack.

I really am in love with that silver crackle.

- Obviously no clean up yet there, oy lol

- I almost never wear orange so this was very different for me.

Three Years...

Had an anniversary!  Three years, this was my eye look I wore for it.

Products used were:

- This is a pretty subtle eye look.  And my first time using one of the baked eyeshadow palette's from Wet N Wild this year.  I'm not head over heels.  It's not terrible.  I think I liked the last year palette's so much more.   I bought two out of the three they have this year year, and instead of getting the 3rd palette I should probably do one of the 8 palettes pans instead, it'd be a much better choice for me I think, and I've eyed those since they came out.  I think the matte one is limited, which I was eh when I heard about it, but I've seen swatches and they always sway me.

- This was just a quick one I took with my camera phone before I took it off.

Ruffian...

- This was the base color, Sally Hansen Hard As Nails "Rain Cloud", I really like the color and I got it in a set of two at the Dollar Store, so it was 50 cents, can't beat that.

- The top color is Ulta's Devious, it's a nice dark purple, I got it when they had them on sale for 2 dollars, not too shabby either.

I thought they looked nice together, just wish my lines/curves had been straighter.

Nail Mail!

These two are from Katie over at The Nailaholic, I won her giveaway, (sorry I'm so late in posting this Katie), you should totally go check out her blog. She was sweet to include the candy, yum. The one in the pop can was fizzy and interesting, I'd never had it or heard of it. The polish is Diamond Cosmetics "Don't Teal My Heart Away".

Now this one was a trade I did with Darlene, she's a lovely woman I met on Facebook. She sent me Alien Nails nail polish and Cabaret nail polish, I'd never heard of either, how fun getting new polish brands I don't know. I want one in every color (or brand really), one in every room.

Then we have a Secret Pumpkin I got. Halloween is my favorite holiday. Nikki sent me my package. I was so excited for those little pumpkins because I don't have a Rite Aid here and didn't have any, so that was awesome.

And then we have Amy's package! She's I'm Feeling Nail-Venturous (which you should also go check out her blog, she's a amazing blogger and she's a sweetheart.), you'll probably be seeing a lot more posts about her packages, because we decided to be each other's Julep (but BETTER), we're going to send each other monthly packages. Yay, so excited.

She spoiled me in this package, I was so excited and happy.

She got me a nice candle and a Eos lip balm, which Eos is my favorite, they're Mint and Lemon are to die for in case anyone else hasn't tried them.
