Have you ever heard of the Melt Method?
I only recently heard about it and I'm glad I did. It sounds exactly like something I need in my life right now.
I've been suffering from a lot of joint pain lately, and I have for a lot of my life (car accident really messed up one of my shoulders, later on being run over didn't help much either) but it's been getting worse, I'm actually being tested for arthritis which I won't have the results for that til next week I believe.
So I'm very intrigued to see that the Melt Method is a natural pain reliever. It can help with back pain/lower back pain, neck pain, and joint pain relief. All of which I could very much benefit from.
I also see that it can assist in reducing tension headaches and muscle aches, and also be a stress reliever, also all things I could use in my life. I always seem to have aching muscles from being so locked up from stress. So seeing that this also helps with improving flexibility and mobility is good, maybe it'd be helpful when I'm so locked up I can't turn my head. On the site it says just ten minutes of MELT three times a week is all you need to reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress from our daily lives. Only ten minutes, three times a week? Count me in, stat.
Due to some of the problems I have been experiencing I've actually already been looking into foam rollers, and perusing their site, I am pleased to see the Melt Method roller, or they have a kit that has everything in it, the Melt Super Bundle.
They have classes, so be sure to search in your area, I am lucky enough to see that they do have some in my area, including the Intro to MELT Workshop which seems a perfect way to get a more hands on knowledge to learn more. It has a 25 dollar fee which isn't bad at all. I also see one MELT by the Book Immersion Workshop, it has a higher fee of 100 dollars but it seems a good idea to do once you've done the other one I mentioned I think.
