The box also gives you some instructions on how to use it and also informs you how to give an Amazon review, which is interesting, never seen that on a box before.
Here is everything you receive.
The vegetable spiral slicer, the end piece that is suppose to hold the vegetable you are spinning.   I did have some issues getting the zucchini to stay on that piece, but maybe I was using to small of one?  Doesn't seem like the stabby bits are long enough to hold on to the vegetables very well.   I ended up using my hand to just twist the vegetable until I got down so far and then used a fork.

Also it comes with a recipe pamphlet which I was super pleased to see since I've never used anything like this before.   Though it suggested using Blade C on what I was doing, and as far as I could see neither blade is marked as to a letter.

Mine did come a little scuffed up on top, nothing serious though.

The cleaner is very needed cause the vegetable middle does get stuck in the middle but you could clean it out with the cleaning tool.   And the can opener is a nice bonus.
This is the first thing I tried making, zucchini pasta and chicken.

I also see you can do sweet potatoes in it (I was worried maybe they'd be too hard to do in there) I can't even tell you how excited I am for doing those.  This thing is going to be so awesome to use!   Love.
