So far I haven't noticed much more ease in going to bed myself, but maybe it takes longer than the amount of time I've been taking the pills to notice a great deal of help. It probably doesn't help that the allotted time to review this also falls in the same window of me breaking me a brand new bed. Reading the other reviews it seems to have helped a ton of people. But I have also noted on my blog before that I have a lot of sleep issues - falling asleep, staying asleep, etc. But I haven't given up hope yet and I keep trying new things that might help. And I will keep trying these just to see.
