When I first saw this and got it I did not realize it was a powder you mix with water until it becomes a paste.  I will say I had a bit of trouble doing that, getting it paste like, but I think I just haven't mastered the right ratio of powder and water.   I will say that I wish the packaging was different, while it looks nice, I wish the cap was different really.  It has a sticker on the top you peel pack to expose holes to tap it out, which if you're in shower doing this could just lead to a mess.  So I vote for a new different lid.   But as for the product itself, it makes me face feel super soft, got rid of all the dead skin I had (darn you dry patch I had no one invited you) and just feels lovely over all.  I keep reaching up and feeling my face because it is so soft, love.
