Sally Hansen Royal Hue..

This is Sally Hansen Xteme Wear in Royal Hue.  I want to say it's more of a dusky blue in person, hard to get a true accurate photo of it.

I have my NYC In A New York Minute quick dry top coat on it too.

I'm not sure if this is limited edition or not, it was on a special display at Walgreens.
